This role focuses on supporting and enhancing the chat program and bot platform while collaborating with developers and business partners to ensure smooth execution of program migration and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and discovery sessions with business partners
Support Agile pod operations; manage multiple tasks effectively
Participate in daily stand-ups, Scrum ceremonies, and Jira story tracking
Troubleshoot issues and prepare materials for meetings
Track intakes, business requests, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables
Maintain project documentation and generate clear project status reports
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices
Collaborate closely with the contact center team to ensure alignment and smooth adoption
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and proactive
Ability to manage the chat program and bot platform
Ability to translate business needs into actionable steps for developers
Experience in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and discovery sessions
Ability to support Agile pod operations and manage multiple tasks effectively
Participation in daily stand-ups, Scrum ceremonies, and Jira story tracking
Ability to troubleshoot issues and prepare materials for meetings
Ability to track intakes, business requests, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables
Ability to maintain project documentation and generate clear project status reports
Ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices
Ability to collaborate closely with the contact center team
Strong people skills and professionalism
Confident communicator who can influence, engage, and present effectively
Comfortable asking questions, showing initiative, and driving discussions forward
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence)
Project management or business analysis experience
