Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily operations on construction sites
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Ensure quality control measures are followed throughout the construction process
Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders
Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors as necessary
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Traveling Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments
Preferred
Experience with commercial construction, PEMB, industrial, pre-engineered, metal buildings, and structural steel
