Responsibilities
Draft and manage sophisticated estate plans for high-net-worth clients
Prepare complex trusts, including charitable remainder trusts (CRTs)
Advise clients on wealth preservation and tax-efficient structures
Handle entity formation to support estate and business planning
Review, revise, and optimize a wide variety of trusts and estate documents
Assist with trust administration and probate matters when required
Collaborate directly with clients to develop tailored strategies
Supervise legal assistants and paralegals supporting estate matters
Use Wealth Counsel and Clio Manage to streamline workflow
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience as an Estate & Tax Planning Attorney
California State Bar required
Strong background in trusts and estates drafting
Experience managing staff in a small-team setting
Excellent attention to detail and client communication
