Review source documentation to identify key attributes for verification during the audit period
Perform detailed audits and surveillances of technical work, including test activities, with clear documentation of findings and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science Degree in one of the listed Engineering disciplines or equivalent: (Aerospace, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Industrial, Marine, Mechanical, Systems, Nuclear, or Biomedical)
0-5 years of post graduate engineering experience
Ability to perform detailed audits and surveillances of technical work, including test activities, with clear documentation of findings and recommendations
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Masters of Science Degree in one of the listed Engineering disciplines or equivalent: (Aerospace, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Industrial, Marine, Mechanical, Systems, Nuclear, or Biomedical)
2+ years of experience in Electric Boat Engineering organizations, quality assurance, or audit oversight
Experience interfacing with cross-disciplinary teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Quality) to assess engineering program performance and identify technical deficiencies
Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor)
Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to learn new skills and apply them
Ability to solve problems in a constructive manner
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Office)
