Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate MEP construction activities on-site to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery
Manage and lead a team of MEP subcontractors and tradespeople, providing guidance and support as needed
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems
Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet project milestones
Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory officials, to ensure project success
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with specific experience in data centers and healthcare projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
