Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals
Oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, community events, and outreach programs
Build and maintain relationships with local referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Train and mentor the sales team to enhance skills and performance
Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
