Serve as lead advisor: manage your own senior client portfolio and recruit/support licensed agents under your brand
Develop and execute marketing and educational events for seniors, veteran spouses, and community groups
Coach and mentor your team — use ASB’s infrastructure to streamline onboarding and business growth
Build long-term relationships and create a renewal-rich business for years to come
Qualification
Required
Active insurance license
Strong senior-market sales history preferred
Leadership mindset: you want to grow others while you grow your own book
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable with event-based marketing
Commitment to ethical, high-service sales that put clients first
