Responsibilities

Lead construction projects on-site, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and review project documents, cost estimates, and schedules
Prepare and negotiate contracts, working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and clarity
Create and manage the Schedule of Values (SOV); monitor retainage and seek reductions where possible
Drive timely collections and maintain strong client communication to ensure fast turnaround on receivables
Act as the central point of contact between architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
Support clients in navigating unforeseen conditions and change order processes
Maintain full financial oversight, including profit/loss tracking, projections, and monthly cost-to-complete updates
Provide clear, timely updates to subcontractors, internal teams, and leadership
Oversee project deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
Coordinate closely with the Superintendent and Foreman to meet production goals and deadlines
Manage documentation and communication of all project changes
Lead procurement efforts for materials and supplies

Required

4+ years of experience in construction project management; masonry or concrete restoration is a strong plus
Proven success managing structural concrete repair, waterproofing, facade restoration, and historic preservation projects
