Responsibilities

Oversee the construction process on-site for high-rise concrete projects
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labor resources to ensure project timelines are met
Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
Maintain accurate records of construction progress and report to upper management
Ensure that all materials and equipment are available and properly utilized on-site
Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices among all team members

Required

Proven experience as a Superintendent in concrete construction, specifically on high-rise projects

Experience in self-performing general contracting work is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
