Mid LevelSpencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our EMEA HCM Practice to support a GlobalView payroll implementation project in France. The consultant will serve as a Payroll / GlobalView Business Analyst, supporting implementation activities leading up to a January 2027 go-live.

Responsibilities
Provide functional and analytical support for the France payroll stream of a GlobalView implementation
Participate in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and validation of payroll processes and configuration
Collaborate with client and vendor teams to ensure compliance with France-specific payroll and statutory requirements
Support data migration, parallel testing, and issue resolution during project phases
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to communicate payroll requirements and ensure accurate system setup
Contribute to process documentation and knowledge transfer activities
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView implementation projects
Strong understanding of France payroll processes, legislation, and statutory requirements
Experience conducting payroll testing, data validation, and process documentation
Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders in French and English
Preferred
Experience supporting multinational payroll implementations
Familiarity with SAP HCM or similar HRIS environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
