Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and deliver project plans through completion
Communicate project status, risks, and results to stakeholders and leadership
Provide recommendations and insights to management
Identify required resources and coordinate across teams
Research project data, procedures, and historical context to ensure alignment with objectives
Generate and analyze project metrics and statistical reports
Track and communicate progress to all parties involved
Resolve project issues involving internal teams and clients, as appropriate
Transition completed programs to operational and management teams
Participate in and deliver oral and executive-level presentations
Develop and provide training to management and colleagues as needed
Support organizational quality programs
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2 + years experience managing IT projects, preferably involving AI and/or Large Language Models (LLMs) technology
Strong background leading technical projects
Executive presence with the ability to present clearly and confidently to senior leadership
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, or a related field
Hands-on exposure to ChatGPT or AI-driven bots preferred
Claims or insurance industry experience is a plus
Experience working in Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus; all work is managed through ADO
They do use Smartsheet but trying to move everything to ADO
