Responsibilities

This person will support the Senior Director of Insurance & Risk Management, Risk Managers, and colleagues in administrative functions while they learn the tasks of the department

This includes calendar management, travel plans, assistance with documentation creation and preparation, travel arrangements, scheduling and escorting visitors, staff charts, presentation assistance, and other general organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in related discipline and typically 0 - 2 or more years of relevant experience

Foundational understanding of Risk Management processes with respect to coverage placement, contract review, insurance compliance, claims management, insurance recovery, and other facets related to protection of company assets

Facilitation skills that address complex risks and Business stakeholder concerns

The ability to independently and collaboratively address risks and Business stakeholder concerns

Ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion

Demonstrated sense of urgency

Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
