Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks
Prepare and manage budgets for various departments
Ensure compliance with GAAP standards in all financial reporting
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts
Generate and analyze financial reports for management
Assist in the preparation of ledger accounts and journal entries
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with budget preparation and management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
