They are seeking a Client Success & Account Manager who will build and maintain strong client relationships, support client success and portfolio performance, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships
Act as the First Line for Revenue Management Questions
Support Client Success and Portfolio Performance
Monitor and Support Client Onboarding
Minimize Churn by Anticipating Client Needs
Celebrate Wins and Cultivate Loyalty & Referrals
Ensure Timely Delivery and Clarity of Client Reports
Coordinate Cross-Team Issue Resolution
Monitor & Troubleshoot OTA Listing Issues
Drive Portfolio Growth Within Existing Accounts
Be a Trusted Expert Through Industry Awareness

Required

Bilingual in English and Spanish
2 to 3 years of experience in Account Management or a similar Client-Facing position
2 to 3 years of experience in Vacation Rental Management
Comfortable working with numbers and data
Ability to present and structure information clearly
Strong level of confidence and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform well under pressure and act as a mediator
Proactive, organized, and dependable
Comfortable with Google Sheets
Flexibility to provide occasional support outside of regular business hours or on weekends

Preferred

Background in a SaaS environment
