Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers in various projects
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
Oversee the design and development of electrical systems including circuit design and power systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate embedded systems and control systems into products
Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards
Develop and maintain technical documentation for all engineering processes and projects
Utilize software tools such as Matlab and Simulink for simulation and modeling tasks
Drive initiatives in renewable energy technologies and innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
PE Required w/ ability to be licensed by comity in other states
Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
Proficiency in circuit design, power systems, and RF design
Experience with embedded systems and control systems
Familiarity with quality assurance processes and technical documentation standards
Competence in using Matlab, Simulink, and signal processing tools
Proven track record in team leadership and managing engineering projects

Master's degree preferred
