Responsibilities
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate team member
Answers general questions about human resources in order to provide quick solutions to general questions
Transfer callers to a team member’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
Provide a high level of customer service in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
Process employment-related paperwork, including data input into the company’s HR systems
Review employment-related paperwork to ensure proper completion, obtain necessary supporting documents, and ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and Company policies
Maintain an accurate and complete filing system
Retrieve and distribute mail in a timely fashion
Create, print and distribute reports as prescribed and/or requested
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and in the operation of standard office equipment and software
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
Preferred
Six (6) months of experience in a similar position preferred with experience in customer service and high-volume call routing
