Alphia is a company that focuses on providing IT solutions and support. They are seeking an Associate Business Analyst/Developer to assist with analysis, report writing, and process documentation while working alongside their IT team and business partners.

Responsibilities

Participate in all aspects of IT processes as required. This includes participating in requirements gathering, documenting, development, testing, Change Control, implementing, training, and supporting various system as business needs arise

Work alongside other Business Analysts or Developers and assist in any assigned IT tasks

Build and execute unit / end to end testing (build test cases, perform tests, and make changes to configuration or processes based on results)

Performing analysis either in Excel, SQL, or other tools to determine issues or validate solutions

Communicate with Alphia team members to coordinate information exchange for support of systems changes

Learn to develop reports and queries in support of business needs

Perform problem solving/data detective skills as issues arise to aid in solving help desk tickets

Conduct job duties and responsibilities according to Alphia’s business systems development methodology and/or its Systems Development Life Cycle
