Responsibilities
Track activities and manage all things in Client Collaboration in CCH
Export data to excel and manipulate data for reporting purposes
Create monthly, weekly, and daily reports to provide up-to-date snapshots of project progression throughout the tax processing life cycle
Track tax deadlines and ensure project updates are recorded across all relevant technology to avoid missing deadlines for filings and extensions
Provide regular updates to tax lead and tax managers to ensure projects are on track to meet deadlines
Assist with tax assembly
Perform other general office administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree
Highly proficient in Excel with the ability to use VLOOKUP and pivot tables to manipulate and extrapolate data
Create streamlined reports for leadership and management
Operational skills and ease of using new technology
Preferred
Prior tax admin experience or CCH experience is not required but would prove beneficial
