The attorney will manage and defend workers' compensation claims, develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and negotiate settlements while collaborating with the legal team to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Managing and defending workers' compensation claims
Developing strong case strategies
Conducting legal research
Negotiating settlements
Drafting legal documents
Preparing for hearings
Advocating on behalf of clients in court
Collaborating with the legal team to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
Providing legal counsel to clients on workers' compensation matters
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise and experience in Workers' Compensation law, including case strategy development and legal compliance
Proven skills in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and drafting of legal documents
Excellent Litigation and Negotiation abilities, with experience representing clients in hearings and court proceedings
Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and time management skills to effectively manage multiple cases and priorities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented legal environment with attention to detail and professionalism
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active licensure to practice law in the state of Florida
Preferred
Prior experience in handling workers' compensation cases at a senior level
