Responsibilities

Prepare and review individual and business tax returns for accuracy and compliance
Conduct tax research and analysis to provide clients with strategic tax planning services
Assist in the preparation of tax provisions and support audits as necessary
Mentor and train junior staff on tax preparation and review processes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and changes in tax laws

Qualification

CPA EligibleTax preparation experienceAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsInterpersonal skillsTeamwork

Required

CPA Eligible; CPA certification is a plus
Proven experience in tax preparation and review, particularly with individual and business tax returns
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
