Manage full cycle of contract from drafting/reviewing, negotiation, ensuring compliance, etc
Coordinate with internal business stakeholders on necessary components of contract agreements
Support Procurement team with reviewing contracts, licensing agreements and renewals, etc
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) is required
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in commercial contract experience in corporate environment
Attention to detail, organized, ability to multi-task, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
