Advantary Capital Partners is scaling and expanding its capital syndication function to support a growing set of active mandates. They are seeking a Partner, Capital Syndication to own LP coverage and help drive funded closes across venture, growth, and private equity transactions.

Responsibilities

Source and secure commitments from family offices (FOs), multi-family offices (MFOs), high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporates, strategics, and other allocators
Run processes from first outreach through diligence, allocation, documentation, and funded close
Partner with deal teams to position opportunities, manage stakeholders, and support negotiations

Required

Proven track record in capital formation / investor relations, with closes to show for it
Deep, trust-based relationships in the LP and allocator community
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
