Inside Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist

The Inside Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building a sales pipeline, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and converting leads into customers, all while contributing to the company's growth in the hospitality technology sector.

Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visits
Qualify inbound/outbound leads and uncover real customer needs
Present tailored solutions that resonate with restaurant operators and hospitality leaders
Manage your own sales pipeline with precision and energy
Work closely with field sales and account managers to close deals and ensure smooth onboarding
Hit — and ideally blow past — your monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and execute targeted campaigns across email, social media, PPC, and in-restaurant marketing initiatives
Visit potential customers in person and attract their attention to our solutions
Use CRM and automation tools to segment audiences and deliver personalized messaging
Track and analyze performance metrics — and pivot quickly to maximize results
Create high-impact content (blogs, posts, newsletters) that speaks to real customer challenges
Align campaign strategies with sales and business goals for maximum pipeline impact
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and persuasive storytelling skills
A proven ability to manage and convert sales opportunities
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Badger, or ConnectWise PSA
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, etc.)
A data-driven mindset — you know how to read KPIs and adjust strategy fast
Self-motivation, resilience, and a hunger to grow quickly
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
2–4 years of combined experience in inside sales and digital marketing
A track record of exceeding expectations in fast-paced environments
Preferred
B2B experience is a plus — but a strong learning curve and passion go even further
