Responsibilities
Manage a team of recruiters in a region or Global Recruiting
Own recruitment metrics and produce reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for your team
Research and choose job advertising options
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
Participate in job fairs and career events
Perform direct recruiting and sourcing activities for open positions
Move candidates through the applicant flow of the applicant tracking system
Assess candidates for all levels of hire, from resume review to phone screens and skill assessments
Coordinate drug test, MVR/DMV reports, criminal background checks and references
Coordinate hiring and on-boarding
Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to job applicants
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
4-7 years of managing and leading teams
Ability to be a player coach; being able to manage a recruiting desk while managing a team
Resourceful and solution oriented. You can be given a task and put it together from beginning to end in a timely manner with minimal guidance or oversight
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. You take ownership of your role and have a sense of urgency to proactively stay on top of your various projects and responsibilities
A team player and able to take feedback as an opportunity to improve and develop skills to grow into a career with the company
