Responsibilities

Create multi-format content assets including social posts, carousels, video scripts, email copy, articles, recruiting materials, and templates

Develop and maintain enterprise-level templates with a focus on usability, flexibility, and brand consistency

Produce tailored content variations for different audience segments, business lines, recruiting initiatives, and cultural markets

Translate content pillars and messaging frameworks into ready-to-publish assets

Partner with Creative, Brand, Compliance, and Digital Enablement teams to refine and finalize content

Support Instagram content development, including personalized asset versions aligned with platform best practices

Execute production tasks for major launches across social, template libraries, and digital enablement tools

Proofread, format, and adapt content across multiple distribution channels (social, email, video, digital platforms)

Leverage AI-powered design tools and approved internal technologies to improve efficiency and scalability

Maintain organized workflows and collaborate with management on timelines and deliverables

Attend meetings, document action items, and provide clear status updates

Deliver analytics and performance reporting on content effectiveness

Required

Expert-level experience with Canva, specifically for social media and end-to-end content execution

Strong background in content creation, copywriting, and digital design

Experience managing high-volume content production

Familiarity with performance analytics and reporting

Compliance awareness, particularly within regulated industries such as finance, insurance, or medical

Preferred

Ability to interpret strategic guidance and convert it into compelling visual and written content

Experience producing multi-format content in fast-paced or matrixed environments

Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand standards

Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple production deadlines

Experience working in regulated industries preferred
