Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Support senior recruiters with administrative and research tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
Preferred
Prior internship or exposure to recruitment
Familiarity with platforms like Indeed or any ATS
