Responsibilities

Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products)
Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings
Design, build, and maintain Salesforce configurations including workflows, flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards
Lead platform enhancements, release management, and Salesforce upgrades
Monitor system health, performance, data integrity, and adoption metrics
Collaborate with developers on integrations, customizations, and deployments
Manage sandbox environments, change sets, and CI/CD processes
Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and audit requirements
