Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers on print and promotional product orders
Process and manage orders from entry through production and delivery
Review job specs including quantities, pricing, artwork, proofs, deadlines, and shipping details
Coordinate artwork, proof approvals, and revisions
Communicate timelines, updates, and changes clearly and proactively
Work closely with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure accurate execution
Answer customer questions by phone and email in a professional, timely manner
Help resolve order issues and ensure a positive customer experience
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial printing and/or promotional products
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines at once
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Proficiency with computers and order management systems
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to use a computer, phone, and standard office equipment for most of the workday
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and frequent interruptions
Ability to communicate clearly and stay organized in a deadline-driven environment
