Responsibilities
Source candidates across technical and non-technical roles using LinkedIn, ATS, GitHub, and other platforms
Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Craft personalized outreach messages and test different approaches to improve response rates
Use AI-powered sourcing and research tools to identify relevant profiles faster and more accurately
Track sourcing activity and results in the ATS; maintain clean, well-organized data
Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
Support diversity sourcing efforts by exploring non-traditional channels and communities
Continuously experiment with new tools, search strings, and workflows to improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, research, or a related role (internships welcome)
Strong interest in tech, startups, or AI-driven products and companies
Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
Clear written communication skills (especially for outreach messages)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches at once
Curious mindset — enjoys testing, iterating, and improving processes
Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing is a plus; experience with ATS tools is a bonus
Preferred
Exposure to AI sourcing tools or automation
Experience sourcing for technical roles (engineering, product, data, AI)
Understanding of Boolean search basics
Interest in talent analytics or recruiting operations
