Responsibilities
Oversee the daily trade lifecycle across asset classes including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and private credit instruments
Perform and review daily position, cash, and P&L reconciliations against prime brokers, administrators, and custodians
Monitor and resolve trade breaks, settlement issues, and corporate action discrepancies in coordination with brokers and counterparties
Support fund accounting processes including NAV oversight, capital activity processing, and investor reporting
Manage cash movements, margin calls, and collateral requirements across multiple counterparties and custodians
Liaise with portfolio managers, traders, and risk teams to ensure accurate trade capture and timely exception resolution
Collaborate with technology teams to automate workflows and enhance data integrity across OMS/PMS systems
Contribute to operational due diligence responses and support internal/external audits
Participate in process improvement initiatives, control documentation, and implementation of best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
4–8 years of experience in fund operations, trade support, or middle office within a hedge fund, asset manager, or prime brokerage environment
Solid understanding of financial instruments (equities, options, futures, swaps, FX, fixed income, private credit)
Hands-on experience with systems such as Enfusion, Eze, Bloomberg AIM, Wall Street Office, Geneva, or similar OMS/PMS platforms
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Python a plus
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship management skills for interacting with traders, PMs, and external partners
