Responsibilities
Represent the Re-Bath brand inside assigned Home Depot and Lowe’s locations
Build positive relationships with store associates to encourage referrals and collaboration
Approach and engage customers in the store to discuss their home improvement needs
Educate customers on our products and services in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule free, no-obligation in-home consultations for customers
Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting goals
Maintain regular store visits across your assigned territory (8–10 stores)
Qualification
Required
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Comfortable approaching and interacting with customers in a retail setting
Self-motivated and able to manage time across multiple store locations
Having your own dependable vehicle is required and willingness to travel locally between stores
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or promotions is a plus
