Turn leads into qualified appointments for the sales team, including appointment scheduling
Utilize salesmanship, problem solving, and clear communication to overcome customer objections
Provide excellent customer service by educating homeowners about Vivax processes, products, and benefits as compared to other painting companies
Meet and exceed weekly benchmarks/goals and drive metrics
Assist with specific marketing projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with an emphasis on listening, encouragement, and persistence
Ambition, motivation, and self-discipline must be a go-getter with GRIT
High energy with a competitive spirit and desire to win
Highly organized
A desire to drive marketing through sales metrics
Aptitude for quickly building rapport over the phone
Preferred
