Binson's Home Health Care is a fast-growing, family-owned health care company dedicated to improving lives. They are seeking a Customer Service/Respiratory Specialist to assist patients with CPAP devices and provide support in their therapy journey.

Responsibilities

Set up and explain CPAP devices like a pro (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)

Teach patients the “why” behind CPAP therapy and how to use it

Keep patients on track with their therapy goals

Be part of monthly team check-ins and training sessions

Handle phone calls, coordinate care with doctors, and support caregivers

Enter patient info, complete documentation, and use our POS system for sales/rentals

Be a key player in helping people sleep better and live healthier

Qualification

CPAP/sleep tech experienceCustomer service skillsCommunication skillsTeaching skills

Required

A high school diploma or equivalent

Great communication and people skills

Customer service superpowers

Comfort teaching others how to use medical equipment

Preferred

Experience with CPAP/sleep tech is a plus, but we'll train the right person!
