Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Process orders, returns, and credits accurately
Maintain customer records in NetSuite
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with follow-up
Support sales leads and service performance goals
Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide front desk support
Assist with office administration, supplies, and daily operations
Ability to maintain calm when customers are stressed or upset
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office 365)
Preferred
Preferred customer support experience or as a Client Service Representative
Familiarity with NetSuite
