Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets to support accurate reporting and decision-making
Perform detailed variance analysis and identify trends across financials, project data, KPIs, and operational metrics
Develop and maintain executive-level materials such as dashboards and scorecards
Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
Communicate findings with clarity and precision through both written and verbal communication
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in program management with a strong understanding of timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks
Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, normalize data, and create structured views for leadership
Excellent variance analysis capability and strong intuition for finding underlying causes in financial and operational data
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau
Preferred
Strong horizontal understanding of global payments products/services

Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to simplify complex content
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical rigor
