Responsibilities
Develop and execute risk-based audit plans aligned with WIS’s strategic objectives
Conduct audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes across multiple regions
Identify and assess risks impacting wellbore integrity operations and corporate functions
Evaluate internal controls and recommend enhancements to mitigate risks
Prepare clear, actionable audit reports and present findings to senior management
Collaborate with business units to develop remediation plans and monitor progress
Ensure adherence to WIS policies, industry regulations, and SOX requirements (if applicable)
Stay informed on oilfield services industry trends and best practices to strengthen audit processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of internal audit experience, preferably in oilfield services or energy sector
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal controls
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
