Responsibilities
Develop, oversee, and update individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians
Conduct parent training sessions and collaborate closely with families
Implement and monitor interventions targeting:
Adaptive and daily living skills
Emotional regulation and behavior reduction
Language and communication
Play, social skills, and peer interactions
Safety awareness and vocational readiness
Modify environments and treatment strategies to address interfering behaviors
Clearly communicate assessment results, progress, and treatment goals to families
Review and approve clinical documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
Mentor and support clinical staff through ongoing feedback and training
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Experience providing ABA services to children with ASD or related diagnoses
Strong knowledge of clinical assessments and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
