Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and customize Actimize modules, including AIS, RCM, IFM, SAM, and STAR
Write custom Java plugins and complex SQL queries
Create rules, workflows, DART layouts, and specialized UI elements
Enhance system performance, scalability, and overall efficiency
Connect Actimize with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and message queues
Work closely with business analysts, compliance officers, and QA testers to define requirements and deliver solutions
Produce technical designs, installation guides, and knowledge transfer materials
Debug and resolve issues within production environments
Develop and optimize alerts, cases, and dashboards to meet regulatory needs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with NICE Actimize and financial crime domains (AML, KYC, Fraud)
Strong proficiency in SQL and Java (specifically for plugins)
Experience with scripting and database management (Oracle or MS-SQL)
Familiarity with WebSphere and Tomcat
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment
Flexibility to meet evolving regulatory and business requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is typically required
