HR Admin Assistant

Community Health Care Inc is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Human Resources team and Leadership. This role is the first point of contact for employees and assists with onboarding, data entry, scheduling, and general office coordination.

Responsibilities

Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to general inquiries
Support HR with onboarding, 30/90-day check-ins, and personnel file maintenance
Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS systems and vendor platforms
Prepare orientation packets and assist with background and verification checks
Order and track employee uniforms and office supplies
Schedule meetings, update organizational charts, and create name badges
Assist with reports, mail distribution, and general administrative tasks
