The Founding Growth role requires a crypto-native creator to build community, develop content strategy, and drive brand awareness within the RWA and DeFi ecosystem, emphasizing user engagement and growth.

Responsibilities
Produce high-quality, engaging content including threads, memes, videos, infographics, newsletters, and long-form articles explaining P2P lending, RWA tokenization, onchain credit, and the client's unique value prop
Build and nurture our community from the ground up—moderate discussions, host AMAs/spaces, run campaigns, and foster partnerships with influencers/KOLs in DeFi and RWA spaces
Craft the client's story as the go-to platform for flexible, secure tokenized asset lending. Develop memes, visuals, and campaigns that resonate with crypto natives
Experiment with viral strategies, airdrops, referral programs, and cross-promotions to drive TVL, users, and protocol activity
Track performance (engagement, growth metrics, onchain data) and iterate rapidly on what works in the fast-moving crypto landscape
Work closely with founders and engineers to translate technical updates into accessible, exciting content; provide user feedback to shape product roadmap
Qualification
Required
Established crypto-native creator with an existing audience (10k+ followers)
Experience in community building, content strategy, and hands-on content creation across platforms such as X, Farcaster, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, and long-form channels
Ability to produce high-quality, engaging content including threads, memes, videos, infographics, newsletters, and long-form articles
Experience in moderating discussions, hosting AMAs/spaces, running campaigns, and fostering partnerships with influencers/KOLs in DeFi and RWA spaces
Ability to craft compelling narratives and develop memes, visuals, and campaigns that resonate with crypto natives
Experience with growth hacking strategies, including viral strategies, airdrops, referral programs, and cross-promotions
Ability to track performance (engagement, growth metrics, onchain data) and iterate rapidly
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with founders and engineers
Deeply immersed influencer in crypto/DeFi/RWAs with understanding of narratives around tokenization, lending protocols, and onchain finance
Steeped in creator tools including AI tools
Proven creator with a portfolio of viral content (threads hitting 100k+ views, engaging videos, or growing communities/channels)
Exceptional writer and communicator able to break down complex topics into fun, digestible formats
Self-starter with hustle, comfortable in ambiguity, shipping fast, and owning outcomes in an early-stage environment
