Responsibilities
Prepare and manage customer billing and invoice generation
Pull, consolidate, and organize data from multiple reporting sources
Maintain and analyze billing data using Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, shortcuts)
Support accounting activities, including account reconciliation as needed
Assist with updating and maintaining documented processes, procedures, and controls
Provide cross-training and coverage support due to planned team leave
Ensure accuracy, controls, and compliance with enterprise procedures
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in billing, accounting, or financial operations
Strong Excel skills; comfortable working with large datasets
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to learn systems and processes quickly
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Accounting background or strong interest in accounting
