Responsibilities
Utilize proprietary cloud-based mapping software to mine the market for prequalified sites based on physical, locational, and demographic characteristics
Push to market direct mail, email, text, phone to solicit interest in sale or lease for intended use
Use our team of experienced land agents to negotiate and secure land agreements
Using our curated approach to marketing that allows you to reach beyond the traditional third party platforms and target the right set of buyers directly through our expansive developer database
Qualification
Required
A minimum of five years experience in the Commercial and/or land development sector
Proficient negotiation skills for negotiating contracts
Excellent communication skills to communicate with clients, management, builders or developers
Must be able to adapt to industry trends and local market dynamics
Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently
