Required
10+ years of hands-on Java development (Java 8+)
Expert knowledge of Spring Boot (Spring MVC/WebFlux, Spring Data, Spring Security)
Strong experience with AWS DynamoDB PK/SK design, GSIs, capacity planning, performance tuning
Solid experience with Kafka / AWS MSK Topic design, partitioning, consumer groups, message semantics
Hands-on experience with Amazon S3
Strong experience designing and implementing GraphQL APIs
Experience building distributed, event-driven systems
Strong understanding of JVM performance tuning and concurrency
Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and AWS cloud services
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Reactive programming (WebFlux, Reactor)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
GraphQL federation
Big data or streaming frameworks (Flink, Spark)
