Responsibilities
Support in building of electro/mechanical test fixtures. Most of them are rack-based test fixtures to control I/O and check voltage conditions of assemblies in production facility
Experience in PCB or instrument test experience and/or with fixture development and user experience
Experience in general Engineering Change Management processes
Replacement/Alternate identification, evaluation and assessment
Supply Chain Management process
Proficiency in ECAD software. Preparing design changes, schematic, and PCBA updates
First Article/ Sample Qualification process
Knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and technical specifications
Good communication skills in English
Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Medical industry experience
To work on projects from conception, definition, design, testing and release part to production
Support in building electro/mechanical test fixtures (rack-based test fixtures to control I/O and check voltage conditions of assemblies in production facility)
PCB or instrument test experience and/or with fixture development and user experience
Design Verification through Test Protocols
Preparing design changes, schematic, and PCBA updates
Engineering change Orders (ECO) and ERP update
First article testing component qualification (Component Qualification Plan & Component Qualification Report) and approval
Design Change Process Documentation
Develop Project Plan, timeline and track project progress
Replacement/Alternate identification, evaluation and impact assessment
Resource will also need to be knowledgeable/experienced in using Oracle EBS for part/BOM setup
Excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skills
Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
Ability to work within a team to deliver solutions
Ability to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets
Experience in leading the Team
Qualification
Required
Education (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech) - Electrical/Electronics/ Production Engineering
Strong understanding of engineering principles and processes
