Responsibilities
Lead sell-side and buy-side healthcare M&A transactions from kickoff to close
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact on live engagements
Own execution workstreams including modeling, valuation, diligence, and buyer outreach
Review and oversee models, CIMs, pitch materials, and management presentations
Manage and mentor Associates and Analysts across multiple deals
Partner closely with senior leadership on healthcare strategy and practice growth
Work across healthcare services, HCIT, pharma services, and provider platforms
Qualification
Required
5+ years of investment banking experience with meaningful healthcare deal exposure
Strong track record leading M&A processes and managing junior teams
Ability to balance execution, client management, and leadership responsibilities
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-moving environment
Collaborative, no-ego approach to teamwork
