This role involves answering customer calls, facilitating vehicle purchases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Ensure customers’ calls are answered in a timely manner and with the highest level of customer service
Ensure all data is entered into the appropriate computer systems to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Work with the store’s car buyer to obtain the best deal for the company and the customer
Mark the tire and wheel sets upon receiving the car to identify the best sets for resale
Work as a team to achieve team and company goals
Maintain a high level of integrity
Work hours as scheduled
Be a team player to achieve goals
Maintain a high level of integrity
Follow all company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned or otherwise identified
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with Microsoft Office and the Internet
Proven Cashier experience
Knowledge of automotive parts
Ability to lift tires and batteries weighing up to 50 lbs
Maintain a consistent work schedule
Ability to work retail hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
Prior customer service and data entry experience
Must have a reliable means of transportation to get
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must be able to pass a drug and background test
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish
