This role involves supporting Senior Project Managers in executing complex projects across IT, construction, and clinical landscapes, while ensuring effective communication between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Support the PMO: Assist Senior Project Managers in the execution of complex projects across the IT, construction, and clinical landscapes
Site & Field Work: Participate in "box walks" (site inspections) and review blueprint drawings to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with physical construction requirements
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project schedules, status reports, and budget tracking. You will be the "source of truth" for project data
Epic & IT Coordination: Assist with the rollout of IT hardware and software updates, ensuring clinical teams have the resources they need for successful implementations
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of communication between IT, facility managers, vendors, and clinical staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (Project Management or Healthcare Admin focus is a plus)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you'll be talking to everyone from construction crews to C-suite executives
Ability to read or learn to read technical drawings and blueprints
A passion for the healthcare industry and improving the patient/provider experience
