First 90 Days: Paid immersive training at our Corporate Headquarters in Plano, TX followed by on-site training in resident relations and property operations
Travel Arrangements: Reliable transportation is required for local travel. Housing and per diem for Houston and Abilene participants during initial training and required rotational travel
Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week; including varied weekend rotations as needed
Hands-on Experience: Rotations across multiple departments and on-site property services
Mentorship: Direct exposure to industry leaders invested in your development
