Maintenance: Ensuring that records are stored securely, and proper measures are taken to protect sensitive information
Document Archiving: Managing the process of archiving older records according to the company's retention policies
Record Tracking: Keeping track of file movements and updating the system to reflect the current location of files
File Auditing: Conducting periodic audits to ensure that records are complete and in order
Compliance: Adhering to company policies and relevant regulations related to record-keeping and document management
