Responsibilities

Play a leadership role in strengthening the firm’s California labor and employment presence
Work closely with corporate, litigation, and regulatory partners to support a sophisticated regional and national client base
Provide employment counseling and compliance (California-focused)
Handle employment litigation (state and federal courts)
Manage class and PAGA actions
Address restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and unfair competition
Conduct workplace investigations and risk mitigation
Draft executive employment and separation agreements

Required

Portable book of business preferred (flexible based on strategic alignment)

Licensed to practice in California (or eligible for admission)
